I am so grateful for my experience with the staff at Spring Market DGO. Dr. Doulos was incredibly kind and personable, and Alyssa and Carin, the Office Manager, made everything so smooth by helping me get squared away both the day before and the day of my procedure. I was honestly so nervous about having all my wisdom teeth taken out at once, but the amazing team in the room made me feel so much more comfortable. Thank you, Casey, Josh, and Valerie, for assisting Dr. Muniz, you all had it running like a well-oiled machine and worked together so seamlessly. Dr. Muniz made sure I was completely numb, and I didn’t feel a thing, which meant the world to me. And to top it off, I even got to leave out the back like a VIP, what a memory! THANK YOU, SPRING MARKET DENTAL GROUP, for turning something I was so anxious about into such a positive and reassuring experience.

Moved to Tomball recently and started having some tooth pain. Couldn't get in anywhere quickly and set an appt. for Tuesday with Dr. Assalia Boulos. Got some antibiotics from my Family Practice MD and went to see Dr. B. The first part of the visit was a bit disjointed due to the way they want you to sign things but you are not allowed to read them. They want to tell you what they are and have you believe them. That is not a reasonable experience. I always arrive early and did on Tuesday. I filled everything out and had all done by 11:02. At roughly 11:30 someone came out and told me that they had a surgeon with three rooms tied up and they would get me back shortly. I went to the back at 12:05. The young lady handling the Xrays was either not well-versed in the use of a standing panoramic machine or in dealing with someone who is 6'3" tall. The machine first slammed down on top of my head. Then she got it where I thought she wanted it and had me bite on a device and strapped my head in. For the next 5 minutes my head was jerked up rapidly 3-4 inches and then forced down 6 inches back and forth as she endeavored to align it. I am a critical care RN and I try to grant grace as someone may be new and learning but she was killing my neck. Finally she got what she wanted after a couple of tries and I was moved to another room to wait some more. If I stopped now the review would be a 2 star. What saves it is the next people I dealt with were quite professional, explained what was on the Xray (though I had already seen the image and knew) and what they thought the treatment would be. I was fine with it and they were clear that Dr. Bousos might change some of it. When Dr. Bousos came in she was bright, energetic, and obviously extremely knowledgeable. We even discussed the antibiotics I was on and whether augmentation with another would be helpful etc. She treated me like an adult and a professional. I mentioned that I preferred a local anesthetic without epinephrine and she was fine with that. She left the room and a few minutes later another doctor came in probably due to Dr. B, being in another room. The dentist was Dr. Leia Jackson the owner of the practice. She was going to do the injection and was very affable and pleasant. The injection was a breeze and I was quickly numb. Dr. B came in and handled my issue in about 35 minutes and scheduled me for a root canal. They whole time she was skilled, communicated well with her team, and stayed on point. She looks young but she is highly skilled. I cannot imagine going to another facility. This is the dentist I will be using going forward while I live in tomball. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Jackson or Dr. Boulos. I highly recommend them.

Great team from the front desk to the hygenist and of course Dr Jackson is the BEST!!!
