Dr. Jackson enjoys cooking, baking and experimenting in the kitchen. She also likes hiking, lifting weights, kickboxing and leading an active lifestyle. She is passionate about traveling, with some of her recent trips including San Francisco, Mexico and the Bahamas. She values family time and training her French bulldog, Bubba. She is always excited to get involved in the community and give back in any way.

Dr. Jackson’s favorite books are any cookbooks. Her favorite TV shows are Jeopardy, Law and Order, Chopped and Face Off. Her favorite sports are gymnastics and track and field.
